Marks Carts. 210 S Ashley St. Ann Arbor, Michigan
Ryan, Cooper and Trinity
at the San Street Truck are such energetic, sociable, caring and sincere people
that have the most positive attitude while serving and teaching people about
their food, even if it is not the best weather. El Manantial employees are more
shy and reserved but are as humble as can be about their very successful
authentic Mexican food truck, where the food is simple but incredible. From the
short period of time I spent with them each day, I could feel the warmth and
welcoming presence they constantly have with each other and with every person
that causally walks past the small, gated area. The customers are loyal
and… interesting to say the least. The citizens of Ann Arbor that I met ranged
from the ages of two to sixty-two years old, two being Joe and Lisa Saul, Ann
Arbor’s toughest food critics. They have been coming to Mark’s Carts ever since
they can remember due to the staff and food always being more than amazing, as
well as each experience being so wonderfully different than the last. If that
does not prove how interesting and unique this place is, I hope my photographs
do in some way.
